You may request cancellation of your order within 24 hours of the time it was placed. To request cancellation please email us directly at gisella@iagdesigns.comTo be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. * NON RETURNABLE/ REFUNDABLE : PERSONALIZED ITEMS , CLEARANCE , GIFT CARDS * To start a return, you can contact us atgisella@iagdesigns.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.You can always contact us for any return question atgisella@iagdesigns.com

Damages and issues

You have 24 hours from the time your order was delivered to claim that your order is damaged 
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right

Once your order is placed it will be shipped to the address provided at checkout. If a package is returned back to us we will gladly ship it back out to you at the cost of the buyer.

IAG Designs is not responsible for lost / stolen mail . Orders are shipped with USPS should issues arise reach out to USPS and file a claim. I am not responsible for any mail after it’s in the hands of the mail carrier. 

During the holidays delays may arise with the postal service due to an increase in packages. Please place your order with enough time to get your item on time.
